Manage and administer multiple production lines and/or assigned utilities. Assist the production manager in planning, maintenance, and operational activities. Ensure that the planned production meets company standards (quality, work safety, environment, and cost) as outlined in TCCQS (Coca-Cola Quality System). Responsible for personnel, equipment, and spare parts planning.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the annual business plan by forecasting raw materials, overheads, and KPIs.
  • Design and implement modifications at the plant, ensuring effective and timely utilization of CAPEX.
  • Manage relevant production and maintenance engineers; may also work directly as a production engineer on assigned lines.
  • Monitor the efficiency of lines and utilities. Control raw material yields within targets. Track and control major materials like diesel, natural gas, consumables, oils, and lubricants.
  • Train and monitor line staff to adhere to GMP requirements.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs via SAP PM module to meet efficiency targets. Ensure safety stocks for spare parts are maintained.
  • Maintain sufficient inventory of spare parts to reduce breakdown times.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities according to TPM plans.
  • Ensure operational staff are multitasked across lines and areas.
  • Minimize overtime to achieve zero overtime levels.
Candidate Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
