About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our current and future enterprise IAM services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM systems, including authentication concepts and implementation details. You should also have hands-on experience working with cloud IAM systems like AWS Directory and identity and access management systems.

In this role, you will work closely with our Infrastructure, IT, Compliance, and Legal teams to build secure and robust enterprise IAM systems. We are passionate about employee experience and committed to reducing friction in every aspect of our colleague's Identity and Access Management areas by using modern and pragmatic IAM practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of IAM systems, including authentication concepts and implementation details.
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud IAM systems like AWS Directory and identity and access management systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
