Project Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator who can effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate with team members.

Responsibilities:
  1. Apply project management methodologies to initiate, plan, execute, control, and closeout projects successfully.
  2. Utilize excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills to interact with team members at all levels.
  3. Manage small, medium, or large-scale projects covering a wide range of solutions, including software development, package implementation, application integration, and business process improvement.
  4. Determine project success by developing metrics and reports and presenting the results to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Possess strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, and collaboration.
  2. Effective leadership and management of software development teams.
  3. Evaluate project concepts and ideas.
  4. Organize regular productive project meetings.
  5. Understand business needs and establish/maintain high-level customer trust and confidence.
  6. Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Bit Bucket, Confluence, Basecamp, or equivalent Microsoft Project, Vision, and Office Tools.
  7. Develop creative approaches to problem-solving while focusing on details.
Work Environment

This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
