We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to drive sales growth, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:- Project Identification and Bidding: Identify, evaluate, and bid on suitable projects across freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces.
- Proposal Crafting: Develop persuasive and customized proposals to secure client projects effectively.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Career Growth and Partnership Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage prospective clients.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, bidding, or business development roles.
- Expertise in using freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and strategies to drive client acquisition.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and create tailored solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to close deals effectively.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
