Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts in Karachi.

  • You will identify upcoming needs and opportunities to drive business growth and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
  • Your key performance indicators will include MoM Growth of all assigned accounts and effective communication of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is required.
  • At least 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in account management or sales.
  • You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
