Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced expert to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functionality, as well as project management skills to oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to go-live. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience in managing complex HCM projects, providing expert solutions, and leading cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation team through requirements gathering, analysis, system design, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of the project within the agreed timeline.
  • Provide expert solutions for the Oracle Fusion HCM modules in the implementation scope.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure project alignment, track progress, and resolve issues.
  • Identify functional gaps in the HCM product and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Assist the HCM team in mapping and streamlining business practices to align with Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in requirement gathering, scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • A proven track record of completing at least two 4-phase project life cycles for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, particularly HCM modules.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
