We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to coordinate logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the dispatching of our fleet of trucks, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.

The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability. This requires strong communication skills to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route Coordination: Coordinate and schedule truck routes to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer delivery expectations.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues or delays.
• Driver Support: Provide support to drivers by addressing any issues or concerns they may have regarding routes, shipments, or equipment.
