The Role of an Air Conditioning Operator is to ensure the efficient performance and optimal comfort levels in a variety of settings. This position requires a strong background in operating and maintaining air conditioning systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To operate and maintain air conditioning systems, ensuring they function at peak levels and provide a comfortable environment for occupants.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing worn-out parts to prevent system failure and maintain efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems, making repairs as necessary to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless operation of all mechanical systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining air conditioning systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and practices, including temperature control, humidity management, and air quality regulation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
