The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of Sabro Air Conditioning products, encompassing After Sales Services and Customer Services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management: Ensure seamless execution of all operations related to Sabro Air Conditioning products.
  2. After Sales Services and Customer Services Oversight: Monitor and improve the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess an MBA or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in After Sales, Customer Care Services, and Customer Complaint Services. Strong interpersonal skills, computer competency, self-motivation, and high energy levels are essential for this role.
