Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Study Abroad Advisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding students through the process of studying abroad, providing expert advice and support every step of the way.

The Job Responsibilities include:

  • Counseling students and helping them find the right course, university, and country
  • Understanding students' eligibility and requirements and advising them on available programs
  • Providing clear and accurate information based on study abroad options and visa laws
  • Guiding students in identifying and building a career path
  • Following up with students via emails and phone calls
  • Researching and suggesting programs accordingly
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media Platforms
  • Meeting assigned targets
  • Counseling and effective follow-up with prospects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Dynamic and confident communication skills
  • Prior experience of 1-3 years in a similar industry
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of Australia, USA, Canada, UK, and Europe Visa processes
