Topline Study is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Overseas Education Consultant to join our team in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and an interest in international education systems.

As a Foreign Education Consultant, you will assist students in planning their study abroad journey — from choosing the right course and university to handling admission applications and visa procedures.

Topline Study is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Overseas Education Consultant to join our team in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and an interest in international education systems.

As a Foreign Education Consultant, you will assist students in planning their study abroad journey — from choosing the right course and university to handling admission applications and visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized counseling to students and parents about study abroad options
  • Assist with university/course selection based on student profiles
  • Guide students through the entire admission and visa process
  • Stay up to date with global education trends and visa policies
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Build relationships with students and maintain follow-ups throughout the process
  • Represent Topline Study in educational seminars and student outreach activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or Marketing preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
  • Confident, approachable, and patient when dealing with students
  • Familiarity with international education systems is a plus
  • Basic computer and documentation handling skills
  • Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply
