As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's identity and driving customer engagement.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute brand campaigns across digital, in-store, and outdoor platforms.
  2. Lead Meta/Instagram campaigns, influencer collaborations, and story-driven content that resonates with local culture and consumer love for food.
  3. Analyze campaign ROIs and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and app-install conversion funnels with creative targeting and data insights.
  4. Design and launch tactical promotions to drive walk-ins, app orders, and repeat purchases across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
  5. Coordinate food festivals, student engagement events, and community PR to build top-of-mind awareness.
  6. Collaborate with designers and videographers to create emotionally engaging visual assets and digital creatives.
  7. Study competitors (local players) and customer preferences to guide pricing, promotions, and brand positioning.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the food, beverage, or restaurant industry (QSR/Fast Food preferred).
  3. Strong command over social media platforms, paid digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), and content strategies.
  4. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  5. Creativity, storytelling, and a deep understanding of Pakistani consumer culture.
  6. Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or similar.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
