Digital Marketing Specialist

A successful Creative Strategist / Ad Copywriter will be responsible for developing and pitching original ad concepts, scripts, and copy for Meta and Google campaigns. In-depth research on market trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies is essential.
">Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth research to understand the latest digital marketing trends and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Collaborating closely with designers, video editors, and media buyers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Leading weekly A/B tests of hooks, visuals, headlines, and CTAs to improve campaign results.
- Maintaining organized swipe files and creative test documentation.
Proficiency in direct-response marketing, online consumer psychology, and experience working alongside media buyers and creative teams are required.
Preferred skills include experience with data-driven creative testing, knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation funnels, as well as familiarity with AI writing tools like Copy .AI or similar.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a willingness to work onsite during night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
