We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth and expansion in the media production and advertising industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments and develop customized solutions.
  • Create persuasive proposals to demonstrate service value.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results to inform optimization strategies.
  • Contribute to the organization's overall growth and success through collaborative efforts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in media or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of the media production and advertising landscape, including current trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
  • English and Urdu fluency required.
