We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team at Beauty Experts (Private) Limited [Skincare & Personal Care company under Care Group]. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. Leading our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Coordinate all marketing activities
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement social media strategies, in coordination with the social media team, to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Design and coordinate social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices for marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure a good customer relationship
  • Manage tasks related to conventional marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
  • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analytics
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling
  • Strong understanding of Conventional Marketing (TV ADs, Billboards etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology and digital innovation
  • Ability to multi-task
