Sales Executive Job Description
Drive sales and revenue growth in the IT sector by identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client experiences.
This role involves:
- Developing and executing successful B2B sales campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets
- Evaluating industry trends and businesses to uncover new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients
- Scheduling meetings with potential clients and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking
- Negotiating and closing deals, handling complaints and objections
- Collaborating with team members to deliver efficient client solutions
We seek a highly skilled sales professional with:
- Minimum 3+ years of international sales experience as a sales executive
- A proven record of meeting sales targets and exceeding KPIs
- A good understanding of market dynamics and trends in the USA
- Experience working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment with strong organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with various communication formats (e.g. video conferencing)
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, CRM, databases, analysis, and project management techniques
- Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools
- A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven success rate at levels above sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
