We are seeking a qualified and experienced ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) professional to lead the implementation, auditing, and improvement of quality management systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality management systems and relevant professional certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct gap assessments and maturity evaluations against ISO 9001 standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality frameworks, documentation, and process improvements in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
  3. Train staff on QMS principles, process ownership, and audit readiness.
  4. Prepare and review manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions, and other quality documents.
  5. Conduct internal audits and support clients during external certification audits.
  6. Provide expert advice on corrective actions and quality performance monitoring.
  7. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular status updates.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, and hands-on experience in delivering quality management projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in quality management system implementation and auditing.
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications:

  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Implementer
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
  • Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher are a plus.
