
Frontline Sales Expert

This role involves initiating contact with potential clients via various means and promoting tailored eCommerce automation services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales and building long-term client relationships.
Salary: A competitive salary is offered to the successful candidate, reflecting their skills and experience in front sales, preferably in eCommerce or Amazon-related services.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to understand their Amazon business needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Demonstrations and Meetings: Schedule and conduct service demos and meetings to showcase the value of our tailored eCommerce automation services.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads, close deals, and meet monthly/quarterly sales goals to ensure continuous growth and development.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends and contribute insights to improve services and stay ahead of the competition.
- Proven Track Record: Proven experience in front sales, preferably in eCommerce or Amazon-related services.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Amazon FBA and eCommerce operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team Player: Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
