Key E Commerce Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled e-commerce professional to drive our online sales operations forward. This pivotal position demands a motivated and results-driven individual who can successfully manage our presence across multiple marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Amazon, and oversee website operations, marketing, customer support, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the management of online stores on various platforms.
  2. Develop and execute strategies for uploading and optimizing product listings.
  3. Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.
  4. Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and customer engagement metrics.
  5. Oversee order processing, returns, and customer inquiries.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and production.
  7. Analyze key performance indicators and prepare in-depth performance reports.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central.
  • A strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Graphic design and content writing skills are an asset.
