E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our online operations on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in digital environments and aspire to build a career in e-commerce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Listing products on Daraz Seller Account, including photographing new items as they arrive.
- Managing customer inquiries across various social media platforms.
- Packing orders with assistance available if required.
- Updating Shopify inventory and adding new products.
- Enhancing and designing the Daraz shop, ensuring seamless product uploads.
- Addressing any issues related to inventory management.
Beyond being a Daraz seller account operator, this role offers opportunities for growth and development, which will be discussed in detail with the right candidate.
Key Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:
Fluency in English, excellent customer handling skills, and experience in sales and customer satisfaction.
