About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer - Industrial Air Division to join our team at Professional Lubes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the designated region.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage expertise and resources, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
- Present innovative solutions to clients, utilizing excellent communication and presentation skills to win new business.
- Analyze client data and feedback to refine sales strategies and optimize customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client correspondence, and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the B2B sector, preferably in the industrial air industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client preferences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
