Legal Support Role

This position requires a professional to provide comprehensive legal support across various business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in law and a proven ability to assist businesses in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective legal services to support the growth of our business units.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts, including purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, and service agreements.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and legal documents, providing administrative and technical support to the legal team.
  • Research and prepare documentation for establishing new legal entities and supporting ongoing legal entity operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legal changes affecting our business.
Requirements
  • A law degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
