Job Title: Assistant Manager Legal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Legal. This role will be responsible for providing interpretation services, legal research, case management, and coordination with external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely interpretation services to the Department Head on legal matters.
  • Conduct thorough research on new laws and regulations affecting the company.
  • Coordinate with departments and external legal counsels to ensure efficient handling of legal matters.
  • Offer support to branches/offices in relation to legal queries.
  • Maintain liaison and follow-up with lawyers to ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor court proceedings and prepare databases of cases being forwarded for legal action.
  • Review each case for completeness and ensure evidence collected is prosecutable.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cases with unique issues.
  • Assist in handling corporate legal matters.
