The role of a Foreman is crucial in the Supply Chain Team in Lahore. The primary responsibility of this position involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production lines at rated speeds, adhering to Quality Standards.

  • Key duties include maintaining accurate records of raw materials, production, and maintenance data.
  • Foremen are also responsible for ensuring Cleaning and GMP standards are met in the production area and relevant spaces.
  • Another critical task is managing the issuance procedure of raw materials and spare parts from company stores.
  • A vital KPI performance indicator for this role includes meeting or exceeding production and maintenance targets relevant to the production line.
  • Maintaining machines and supporting operators is another essential function.
  • Additionally, Foremen must complete T-Cards for required maintenance tasks.
  • This role requires assigning tasks by seniors.
