We are looking for a Business Development Professional who can drive growth and expansion in the Telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products or services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and maximize retention.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for targeting new clients and improving revenue.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with other businesses, organizations, or influencers to expand the company's reach.
  • Business Proposals & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients or partners.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports on sales activities, and assist with forecasting and setting targets.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the telecommunications industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is also required.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and sales negotiations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of market research and trend analysis is also beneficial.
