About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst with a strong foundation in SEO to drive organic growth through data-backed strategies.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy analyzing website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing SEO initiatives that align with broader business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools, and optimizing on-page elements such as metadata, headings, internal linking, and structured data.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Analyst will support off-page SEO efforts, create and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio for SEO reporting and insights, run technical audits, and collaborate across teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented consistently.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing analytics, strong analytical skills, familiarity with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to guide content and optimization efforts
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Optimize on-page elements: metadata, headings, internal linking, structured data
  • Support off-page SEO efforts including link-building and outreach
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio for SEO reporting and insights
  • Run technical audits to identify and resolve crawl, index, or site performance issues
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key SEO metrics and performance trends
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure SEO best practices are implemented consistently

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SEO tools
  • Familiarity with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
