Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all production, warehouse, maintenance, and marketing areas adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the smooth operation of quality control processes.">
• Authorize the release or rejection of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, In-process Products, and finished products based on valid grounds.">
• Regularly review and monitor objectives, revising them as necessary.">
• Evaluate the laboratory's capabilities to perform tests according to specifications and standards.">
• Purchase laboratory materials, including reagents, equipment, glassware, chemicals, and microbiological articles.">
• Ensure the laboratory has the necessary facilities and resources to conduct tests in a standardized manner.">
• Review environmental monitoring records on a monthly basis.">
• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are available for all accredited tests.">
• Verify that reference materials are certified against traceable certificates and their standards are also available.">
• Approve amended test reports, calibration dates, and other quality control-related documents after reviewing log books, registers, formats, and sheets.">
• Enforce GMP compliance in production, quality control, and warehouses.">
• Oversee the maintenance of monthly log registers for Raw, Finished, Packaging, and stability records.">
• Supervise inventories and consumption records of Reagents and Glassware.">

Job Specification

Documentation, Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Chemistry: Knowledge of chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances, as well as chemical processes and transformations they undergo, including uses, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods.

Mathematics: Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Medicine: Knowledge of information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities, including symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures.
