Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits and inspections, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments of processes, products, and documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and waste reduction through the application of quality tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality principles, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Graduation or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
