Strategic Learning Professional

The Strategic Learning Professional plays a pivotal role in an organization's ability to continuously develop and grow its capabilities. By supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of company-wide learning initiatives, this role fosters a culture of ongoing development and inclusive practices.

This position is responsible for implementing learning programs aligned with business priorities and organizational needs. This involves managing the Oracle Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content accuracy, user support, and compliance with learning processes.

Maintenance of learning dashboards and metrics is crucial in informing leadership decisions and measuring program effectiveness. The Learning Specialist will facilitate training sessions, support internal trainers and external vendors, conduct learning needs analysis, and contribute to the creation of annual learning calendars.

Promotion of a learning culture and support for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) related development initiatives are also essential responsibilities. Gathering participant feedback and measuring program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.

Ensuring compliance with organizational learning policies and governance frameworks is vital in maintaining a high-performing learning environment.

Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in learning & development, training coordination, or HR programs.
  • Prior experience in LMS administration (Oracle preferred) and reporting dashboards is highly desirable.
  • Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or DEI (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is an advantage.
