Senior QA Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of our digital banking platform, focusing on delivering high-quality results. As a quality ambassador, you will promote quality within the team and ensure that quality solutions are being delivered throughout the product or project development cycle.

About the Position

You will create an initial test strategy for the product or project based on the overall Test Strategy from a recognized authority. You will present and justify your test strategy and decisions to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing manual and automated tests that cover functional and non-functional requirements. You will also ensure that automation testing is aligned with standardized tools and languages.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create test strategies for products or projects
  • Present and justify test strategies and decisions to stakeholders
  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional requirements
  • Ensure automation testing aligns with industry standards
  • Act as part of an agile team, participating in Agile ceremonies and working closely with the product owner and team members
  • Drive discussions with stakeholders using test evidence, defect metrics, and reporting
  • Hold a strong testing and DevOps mindset to work with tooling in environments and CI/CD

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in a QA role
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • English language proficiency, written and spoken
