Job Description:

As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by developing and executing strategies to improve channel profitability, cash-in business growth, and GSM ADC business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DFS products and industry knowledge, with experience in channel planning, preferably in DFS. They should possess good communication skills and be able to establish strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to improve channel profitability, cash-in business growth, and GSM ADC business growth.
  • Managing DFS channels, G2P program planning, and execution, as well as DFS credit management.
  • Leading teams to achieve recharge growth targets and implementing channel enablement and growth for QRs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of DFS products and industry knowledge.
  • Experience in channel planning, preferably in DFS.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to adapt to new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
