Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Empowerment Specialist. This is a full-time permanent position reporting directly to the Head of Operations - North Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs that promote social development and economic empowerment among people with disabilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work under stress to meet deadlines. • Coordinate programs that promote social development and economic empowerment among people with disabilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to promote inclusive practices.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and partners on disability-related issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences preferred. 0-2 years of experience in the social development sector.
