Responsibilities:">
  1. Strategic planning and leadership to achieve academic and research objectives.
  2. Recruitment, development, and management of faculty and staff.
  3. Management of budgetary and financial matters relating to the medical school.
  4. Development and maintenance of partnerships with healthcare organizations, industry, and government agencies.
  5. Reporting to the Board of Governors.
Eligibility Criteria:">
  • A medical or basic science qualification (MBBS or equivalent).
  • A higher diploma (FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, or US Board certification or equivalent).
  • A Ph.D. degree in a medical science (desirable).
  • At least 7 years of administrative experience leading a department, unit, program, or institution.
  • Recognized leadership qualities and a track record in teaching and research.
  • Commitment to medical education and research.
