Senior Financial Operations Manager

The primary role of this position is to oversee and direct the company's financial operations, ensuring the efficient management of cash flow and supervision of financial transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an annual budget aligned with organizational goals and production targets.
  • Assisting the finance manager in processing financial requests related to purchase orders.
  • Monitoring and controlling cash flow and financial transactions with clients and external parties.
  • Providing fiscal reports on a regular basis, including profit/loss statements.
  • Collaborating with financial staff to maintain accurate audit spreadsheets.
  • Overseeing day-to-day job performance of team members and payroll activities with approval from senior management.
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Creating strategic business plans in support of the financial manager and executive leadership.
  • Obtaining and analyzing financial data from various sources, such as monthly expenses.
Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting for a listed company (Manufacturing Industry).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Significant computer knowledge and expertise in Ms Excel and other relevant software applications.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Awareness of data security regulations and compliance.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and financial regulations.

Strategic approach to managing outside competition.

Calm and professional attitude under pressure.
