Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product development or technical application in the food industry.
• Strong people management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of innovation, formulation, and process technology.
• Passion for consumer-centric innovation and sustainability.
