• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills, knowledge, and expertise in project management, leadership, and related areas\
• Develop and implement training programs to build capacity and capability within the project management team\
• Monitor and evaluate project performance against established metrics and benchmarks\
• Determine root causes of project issues and develop corrective actions to address them\
• Establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other external parties to secure resources and services\
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and other events to engage stakeholders and promote collaboration\
• Manage conflicts and disagreements between team members and external stakeholders\
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to various audiences, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners\
• Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documents as required to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners\
• Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other industry events\
• Advocate for the organization's interests and values in interactions with external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partner organizations\
