Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled inventory specialist to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing inventory flow, performing routine audits, and escalating discrepancies.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory across multiple warehouses.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Escalate timely issues to management and collaborate with security personnel to resolve any concerns.
  • Generate detailed reports to monitor inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize inventory management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an inventory or warehouse management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of operations principles and supply chain management.
  • Working knowledge of quality operational metrics and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
