Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, minimizing stock variances, managing inventory control procedures and ensuring stock availability to meet needs without overstocking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and accuracy.
  • Gather monthly demand from all the departmnet across hospital and compile them as per need.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with recorded data.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software (Camden).
  • Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to forecast inventory needs.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and inefficiencies.
  • Manage the receiving, storage and distribution of inventory items.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and supervise warehouse/inventory staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Mimunum Bachelor's degree or Master's (Preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and databases (Camden Preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
