Our new logistics startup will focus on technology-driven delivery solutions, rider management, customer-first experiences, and smart integrations with eCommerce businesses. As part of the Brackly umbrella, this venture will leverage strong existing infrastructure, brand trust, and market insights to scale rapidly.

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this ambitious startup, drive growth, and build a world-class logistics organization.

Role & Responsibilities
As the CEO, you will:

  • Define and execute the company's vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with Brackly's growth goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team across operations, technology, finance, and customer experience.
  • Drive business development, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand service reach.
  • Ensure operational excellence in last-mile delivery, rider networks, and logistics technologies.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and investor relations.
  • Lead innovation initiatives in AI, automation, and smart logistics solutions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer obsession.

Qualifications
We're looking for a leader with:

  • Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior leadership role (preferably in logistics, eCommerce, or technology sectors)
  • .Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
  • .Track record of scaling startups or leading large teams
  • .Excellent understanding of supply chain, logistics networks, and technology integrations
  • .Strong decision-making skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • .Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • .MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Management, or Logistics preferred (not mandatory)
