Job Title: Oracle NetSuite System Administrator

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong expertise in administration, system customization, and automation. With a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, specifically in the administration module and customization, they will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our NetSuite system to support business operations, scalability, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrate and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, focusing on user roles, permissions, and system security within the Administration module.
  • Design and implement customizations using SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow to enhance system functionality.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows and automation to streamline core business processes (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, reporting).
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance in a cloud-based environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, Sales) to assess needs and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues related to integrations, custom scripts, or user experience.
  • Support data governance, security policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with NetSuite Support for issue resolution and product enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, specifically in administration and system customization.
