Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Lead to oversee our administrative team, comprising operational/maintenance personnel and security staff.

The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Head of Administration to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of productivity.

Familiarity with office administrative matters, including general procurement, company asset maintenance, pool car management, and daily routine tasks/security issues is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with government departments such as police and labor department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mange security issues and team closely with full responsibility
  • Update and maintain records of diesel consumption, generator running hours, and fuel replenishment for the genset
  • Verify monthly fuel consumption reports
  • Monitor janitorial staff, conduct regular rounds in the factory to ensure cleaning and worker discipline
  • Periodically visit the factory to inspect electrical appliances/equipment, identify faults or cleaning issues, and resolve them with maintenance staff
  • Maintain company vehicles, coordinate with drivers, and perform necessary repairs
  • Manage and update the company assets list, ensuring upkeep maintenance/repair of all assets
  • Supervise carpentry and civil works after approving projects
  • Address workers' complaints regarding transportation and resolve them within company policy

Requirements

  • Effective report writing and communication skills required
  • Punctuality and regularity are necessary
