Job Overview

This role involves overseeing database administration, ensuring seamless operations and high performance. We are looking for a seasoned expert with a strong background in Oracle databases to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain large-scale Oracle databases, including configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Design and implement data encryption and security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Develop and optimize complex database queries to improve system performance.
  • Implement auditing and monitoring tools to track database activities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure database requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience in managing databases.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle versions 11G, 12C, and 19C.
  • Certification in Database Administration (OCP) is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Data Guard, and Golden Gate.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with database migration, upgradation, and backup recovery.
