Customer Support Specialist Job

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic customer support specialists to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone calls and other communication channels
  • Utilize excellent spoken English and sales skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Sales skills and ability to meet targets and exceed expectations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Night Shift)
