About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Energetic Sales Ambassador to join our team at PromoGen. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Compensation Package: The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of $45,000 per annum, plus high commissions based on individual performance. Our compensation package is designed to reward excellence and provide opportunities for career advancement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Management: Respond promptly to inbound calls, engaging prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients to ensure they align with our company's offerings.
  • Scheduling: Organize and confirm meetings with qualified leads, managing calendars efficiently.
  • Meeting Attendance: Actively participate in scheduled meetings to discuss services, answer client questions, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow-Ups: Maintain communication with prospects post-meeting to ensure smooth follow-up and potential deal closure.
  • C RM Management: Update and manage client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all interactions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
  • Self-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Work Environment: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (PKT)
