Business Development Account Manager Germany

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Account Manager to join our PromoGen team in Germany.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CET). As a Business Development Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and building sales pipelines through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing.
You will work closely with clients to improve sales strategies and qualify sales leads. Your role will involve tracking all activities through our CRM (Salesforce.com) and creating a weekly report on industry trends, pipeline, and conversation highlights.
Requirements- Fluent/ Native German + basic/advanced English language skills
- Located in Germany
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive within a competitive, goal-driven company
The estimated annual salary for this position is €50,000 - €70,000, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive high commissions based on your performance.
