Medical Laboratory Associate

Accurate laboratory testing is crucial in diagnosing diseases and monitoring treatment progress. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our medical team by performing high-quality laboratory tests.

1. Perform a variety of laboratory tests on patient samples to assist in disease diagnosis and treatment monitoring.
2. Develop effective communication channels with team leaders for seamless reporting and coordination.
3. Ensure precision and accuracy in test results through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols.
4. Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to optimize laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc. with a diploma in medical laboratory technology (MLT) or equivalent from a recognized institution. Additionally, they should have at least two years of experience in laboratory investigations as a Laboratory Technician or Pharmacist in a reputable hospital or government project.
