About the Role:
A Technical Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution efforts to meet established timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans that align with client requirements and company goals.
- Continuously monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster open communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers to drive project success.
- Provide actionable insights into project economics, informing decisions that optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.
- Oversee the analysis, design, and development of mobile and web applications, ensuring they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Implement Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality projects within tight deadlines.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of software developers, SQAs, and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs, anticipating future project opportunities and guiding strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
- At least 10-12 years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years in a project management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and their application in software development.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
