Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HRBP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resource departments and a strong understanding of Business Partnering roles.

The selected individual will be responsible for various tasks including:

  • Providing strategic support to the business unit by analyzing people-related data and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Interpreting and presenting data & analytics to provide meaningful insight to the business.
  • Offering HR policy guidance and advising on Employee Life Cycle matters for both FTE & CTE staff.
  • Ensuring seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in the Human Resource department with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
