Job Title: HSE Officer

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to ensure a safe working environment and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to safeguard employees, assets, and the environment.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents.
  • Maintain accurate records of HSE reports and dashboards to track performance and trends.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE matters, including risk management and emergency response.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, such as Environmental Science or Occupational Health and Safety.
  • 4-5 years experience in HSE, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
