Job Title

Operational QHSE Manager

  • Implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and systems aligned with corporate standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and quality checks to identify hazards or non-compliance.
  • Support risk assessments, participate in incident/accident investigations, and document findings and corrective actions.
  • Promote and facilitate QHSE training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training, and compliance data.
  • Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
  • Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response plan implementation.
  • Communicate safety alerts, observations, and best practices to relevant personnel.

This role requires a minimum 3-4 years' experience in QHSE roles within logistics, warehousing, or industrial settings. Candidates should have basic knowledge of local and international QHSE regulations and standards, and proficiency in MS Office.
